Intended Use

• MagenSafe is designed for organizational safety operations, including alerts, incident reporting, and coordination.
• You must comply with your organization's policies and applicable laws at all times.

Notifications

By using the app you consent to receive notifications and alerts via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications. Critical safety communications may be delivered regardless of individual preferences where permitted by your organization.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the services (e.g., spamming, unauthorized access, or interfering with operations).
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of operational data.

Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.
• Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.

Service Changes

We may improve or modify features. We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform's integrity or comply with legal requirements.
